These are powerful statements and they are 100% true and accurate. The question then becomes, “How do you invoke this amazing ability”?

There are many books, products, and services available in the world that can teach you the actual methods for using the Law of Attraction in order to get what you want out of life, and many of them come highly recommended. However, they all start with one very simple yet powerful question that you have to be able to answer in order to properly utilize them. That question, simply put, is “What do you want”?

You could have a blank check in your hand that you could fill in for any amount of money in the world in order to assist you to find happiness, but if you don’t know - specifically - what it is that you want out of life, no amount of training and no amount of money will help you to get it. You have to first ask yourself what it is that you want, and also dig deep down inside in order to find out WHY you want it.

The “why” part of our desires is the most critical factor in this equation, and it is also the factor that is most commonly overlooked. Not understanding exactly what we want and why we want it is one of the biggest reasons why so many people are not happy or as satisfied with their lives as they would like to be.

Finding your Strength is just another way of realizing that you need to find your true motivations in life. If you are truly motivated about your life, then you will find the strength and the means to do whatever it is that you are trying to do. On the other hand, if you are not clear on why you want any given thing, then your motivation will be minimal, as will the results of your efforts to attain the objects of your desire.

If you are familiar with the Law of Attraction, then you know that the basic principle is that when you focus your thoughts and your feelings on what you desire, then that thing will come into your life. This applies to material goods such as cars and houses, but it also applies to less tangible desires such as enjoyable long-term relationships, inner-peace, weight loss, financial status, etc.

In order to bring those things into your life, you simply need to focus on why you want them, and believe that you will get them. The Law of Attraction - which is a scientifically proven principle - will bring those things to you. However, there is another side to this equation that you can use to create powerful “why” reasons for having those things to begin with.

It is easy enough to think about how great it would be to have a really nice car, a huge house, a significant other that is all that you have ever dreamed of, or to simply have enough money to truly enjoy your life. An equally powerful tool at your disposal, however, is to think about what it is like to NOT have those things. I’m not talking about focusing on the negative fact that you don’t have them - that is clearly against the “rules”. However, in order to empower yourself to realize why you want those things to begin with, consider what it is like to NOT have them.

Is your car old and beat up, keeps breaking down, and you are ashamed to be seen out in public driving it? Are you embarrassed to have guests in your home because it is old, too small, or in a bad part of town? Do you frequently think about how you can’t find the perfect girl or the perfect guy? Are you tired of creditors and bill collectors calling your home, or do you find yourself just “getting by” in life because you barely have enough money?

Obviously the answers to those types of questions will invoke a negative reaction on your part, and it is unlikely that you relish the idea of spending even another day thinking those types of thoughts, let alone another decade, or another 60 or 70 years.

So, although the majority of your time should be spent focusing on the positive aspects of actually having the things that you want, you should start out that process by considering how you would feel if you were going to have to continue to be unhappy by NOT having them.

How would you feel if you were stuck with your old piece of junk car indefinitely, and you could never have a nice sports car, or a fancy BMW, or a Mercedes? What would you think about being doomed to live in a small home or apartment for the rest of your life, visiting other people’s mansions and knowing that you could never live in such splendor? How would it make you feel to know that every relationship in your life was always going to be “sub-standard”, and you would never find the person who looked or acted like your “dream mate”? Consider what it would be like to fight off bill collectors for the rest of your life, and to never be able to travel, buy nice things, and live a life of happiness and abundance.

By now you should be starting to see the point of this exercise. In order to find the Strength needed to motivate yourself to invoke the Law of Attraction and bring into your life all that you desire, you simply need to consider what it would be like to live the rest of your days WITHOUT those things. Then, once you are fueled by an intense understanding of why it is that you want whatever it is that you want out of life, you will be prepared to start the positive process of utilizing the Law of Attraction to bring those things straight to you, every time, without fail.

Find your Strength today. When you truly understand what you want and why you want it, then simply focus on that, believe that you will have it, and it will come to you. Guaranteed.

Nothing they did stopped Jason from hitting and screaming when he didn’t get his way. He was immune to the time-outs they continually gave him. He would apologize each time and say he would not do it again, but next time he didn’t get his way, he would again hit and scream.

We worked on the problem on two different levels. First, I suggested that Jeffrey and Collette start to think in terms of negative consequences. Jason needed to know what the negative consequences were for his acting out. What privilege would he lose? What event would he be unable to attend?

That weekend, Jason was greatly looking forward to attending a birthday party for one of his cousins. But the morning of the birthday party, Jason hit Collette when she was trying to get him dressed. Collette firmly informed Jason that if he hit or screamed again, he would not get to go to the birthday party. As they were getting into the car to go to the party, Jason tested out his parents by again hitting Collette. Fortunately, Jeffrey and Collette followed through. They took Jason out of the car, gave him a time-out, and Collette went to the party without him.

Jason acted as if he didn’t care about the party, but he hasn’t hit either of his parents since that incident. They are gratified to see that he does have the impulse control to stop himself from hitting.

Next we worked on why Jason was behaving like a brat and where he could have learned this behavior.

There are many places a child can learn to hit and scream: pre-school, TV, neighbor children, parks, or other public places where kids might be hitting each other or parents might be hitting kids. There is probably no way in our society for children not to see this behavior. The real question was not where he learned it, but why was he doing it as a way of dealing with his frustration.

“How do you and Collette deal with your frustration?” I asked Jeffrey.

“Collette often yells and I generally shut down,” replied Jeffrey.

“So neither of you is offering Jason role modeling regarding healthy ways of managing frustration?”

“I guess not. I guess we don’t know how to do it either.”

“It is unrealistic for you to expect Jason to know respectful ways of managing frustration when you don’t know how to do it. Part of your job as parents is to learn healthy ways of dealing with your own feelings so that Jason can naturally learn from you. What you are currently teaching Jason is to control with anger or withdrawal. He has learned from you and Collette that it is okay to try to get your way in ways that disrespect the other person. You, being his male role model, have the responsibility to learn to respond to Collette’s anger in a way that takes loving care of yourself without disrespecting her. You ask Jason to use his words rather than hitting and screaming, but you are not using your words. Jason has learned to respond to Collette’s controlling behavior with his own controlling behavior because you are not showing him a better way. If he does not want to give himself up or meekly withdraw, he has no other choice but to act like Collette and try to get his way. By allowing Collette to treat you disrespectfully, you are teaching Jason to do the same. By withdrawing, you are allowing both of them to be brats!”

Jeffrey could clearly see that he needed to step up to the plate and learn to speak up for himself with Collette, and that both he and Collette needed to learn healthy ways of dealing with their frustration. In addition, they needed to be consistent regarding following through on the negative consequences that they stated would occur should Jason act out.

Both Jason and Collette worked hard on learning to manage their difficult feelings in healthy and respectful ways, and were very gratified to see Jason gradually becoming more respectful as well.

Prepare ahead of time

Most women, sometime shortly before they go into labor, experience a natural rush of energy and an overwhelming desire to clean and organize. Use this time wisely. Instead of folding and refolding newborn clothes, do some spring cleaning. Dust your baseboards- be sure to squat instead of leaning over while doing this. Squatting is great exercise for pregnant mommies. It stretches the inner thighs (they need to be flexible when you’re pushing baby out), feels good to your back and even helps your baby’s head get into proper alignment in preparation for the birth.

Buy paper plates, napkins, and plastic cutlery and cups for use after the baby arrives. Now is not the time too obsess or feel guilty about Mother Earth. You need to focus on Mother You! Buy recycled if it makes you feel better. Eliminating dirty dishes when you have a newborn will go a long way towards keeping the kitchen clean. Spring for some of those handy disposable cleaning wipes too so you don’t have extra laundry.

Do a thorough de-cluttering

The rule most professional organizers use is: If you haven’t used it in a year, you probably don’t need it or it would be better you to just rent the item in question rather than own and store it. Go through your closets, attic and garage and toss, toss, toss. And seriously rethink all the little knickknacks and whatnots you have around your home. These are dust magnets and will probably have to be put up when your baby starts crawling anyway.

Ask for help

It’s very difficult in some independent cultures to ask for the help you need and deserve. But don’t try to be a rugged individualist. Most native cultures expect little of a new Mom for a couple of months postpartum. She is pampered and taken care of by the women in her community.

Let me ask you: would you begrudge a postpartum friend if she called you asking for help? Of course not. It may even forge a deeper bond of friendship between you. So don’t be afraid to call on your network of support for help.

Ask friends, family, neighbors, people you worship with, other moms at the mom’s group you attend, etc. for assistance. Don’t forget your baby’s Father as well! And consider hiring help if you possibly can. Remind your mother and mother in law that a housekeeping service is a great baby shower gift.

The postpartum “babymoon” period passes so quickly. Enjoy every minute and take lots of pictures. Baby will soon be crawling and then toddling around, and then the house will look really interesting!

In February 2006, Jennifer and Roger Roberson found themselves unable to make their mortgage payments after Roger, a 37 year old father of two, lost his job as a technician for a major high-tech firm in New Jersey.

“He told me everything would be just fine, that I would have no problems getting a new payment plan, especially since we knew Roger was already hired for another position,” said Jennifer.

A few months later, they received notice that their house had been sold at a sheriff’s sale.

The Promise of Peace of Mind

Unfortunately these unsavory bottom feeding real estate operations can be quickly established, and just as quickly disappear. Many of these businesses will use tactics such as:

Promise “no risk” solutions - more of a salesman than a specialist, these people will sell you more on stress relief than an actual solution. Real specialists will walk your through your situation step-by-step, and provide you with what options really do exist, including accepting foreclosure.

Bait and switch - they will advertise a low-cost fee then inflate the fees, or they may charge a flat-fee, only to proceed with foreclosure with or without the customer’s knowledge.

“It’s really a shame,” says J.M., a foreclosure attorney in New Jersey (who wished to remain anonymous). “These people are facing the worst of times, and these predators are sharks looking for nothing more than a quick buck at the expense of their fellow man.”

Yes, you can speak to your lender directly to renegotiate a plan. In fact, it’s advised that you keep an open line of communication with them if you do receive a notice of foreclosure. Compiling your personal finances, providing proof of hardship, and stating your intentions on how you will get your finances in order are all important steps.

But “the problem isn’t you,” says J.M., “the problem is who you get on the other end of the phone. Most people who are picking up at the lending company aren’t trained or given the incentive to take you by the hand.”

Finding the person who can say “yes” to you can be extremely difficult. This is where hiring a specialist makes sense.

The campaign experience is one to be savored, as there probably won’t be anything like it again for quite some time. Gears of War is one of those titles that comes around every couple of years and raises the bar so high that it almost spoils every game released in the next six months.

This third-person shooter thrusts gamers into a deep and harrowing story of humankind’s epic battle for survival against the Locust Horde, a nightmarish race of creatures that surface from the bowels of the earth.

Gears of War is about teamwork in a big way. All game modes, levels and scenarios are designed specifically to encourage cooperative play, whether it be with A.I. partners or human players (with A.I. teammates designed with specific strengths, weaknesses and personalities). Also, voice recognition will be available for players, and voice chat to discuss strategy with your friends.

2. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter - Shooter

Players are encouraged to interact in the world as they choose, as noble heroes, greedy villains, or anything in between. The game’s main story and its sidemissions provide plenty of fast-moving adventure.

4. Fight Night Round 3 - Sports

You can play as one of 50 different characters and can even get out of vehicles and ride on various creatures.

Our recommendation: If you liked the first Star Wars game, this one should definitely be on your list. If you’ve never played the first game, then this one must be on your list! So really, there isn’t any reason not to own and play this game.

7. Madden NFL 07 - Sports

With Madden NFL 07, innovative rushing controls allow you to control the running game like never before, with all-new jukes, cutbacks, and the distinct running styles of your favorite backs.

For the first time, in a football video game, you can step up as the lead blocker to create a hole, and then take control of the tailback to smash through, jump over, or tear away from any would-be tackler as you head for the end zone.

8. Dead Rising - Action

Dead Rising follows the harrowing saga of Frank West, an overly zealous freelance photojournalist on a hunt for the scoop of a lifetime. In pursuit of a clue, he makes his way to a small suburban town only to find that it has been overrun by zombies. He escapes to the local shopping mall, thinking it will be a bastion of safety, but it turns out to be anything but.

In the intense struggle to survive the endless stream of zombies, players have full reign of a realistic shopping center, utilizing anything they find to fight off the flesh-hungry mob. The variety of stores in the mall offers players an endless supply of resources including vehicles, makeshift weapons and more. Players encounter other survivors along the way, and by helping them, acquire valuable clues as to what has happened and how to survive.

I couldn’t say it better than one fan: Thousands and thousands of zombies to kill in a myriad of ridiculous ways; tons of things to see and try throughout the mall; great sense of style; a plot that manages to be intriguing without intruding too much on the action; and fantastic sound effects.

9. Saints Row - Action

Welcome to Stilwater, an open-world city with attitude, a city controlled by rival gangs, a city you are about to take over in Saints Row. As a low-level thug in the Third Street Saints, you’ll do whatever it takes to get the money and build the respect and power you need to muscle your way to the top. Be careful, though. Your actions have consequences within the game, and around every corner lurks a new threat.

Numerous vehicles are available to borrow, pedestrians can be slugged or robbed at gunpoint, and there are an assortment of missions to advance the game’s primarily storyline. Some features include: fun, responsive driving controls; excellent on-foot shooting action; impressive presentation, featuring amazing explosions and great audio; and a well-written, well-acted story to compel you to keep playing.

10. Hitman: Blood Money - Action

On the run from rival assassins, Agent 47 hops a plane to take care of business stateside in Hitman: Blood Money. Players will guide Agent 47 through a number of locales, including New Orleans, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas as he performs hits. It’s up to the player to determine the manner in which a hit is executed, but the rookie training mode can show amateur assassins how to help targets have accidents, by pushing the victim over a ledge or pinning him underneath a heavy object.

The amount of money earned from completed jobs varies depending on the cleanliness and professionalism of the hit. Agent 47’s paychecks can be spent in a number of ways including bribing reporters, customizing weapons with one of 15 upgrades, or paying pedestrians for information. Open-ended stealth action gameplay lets you sneak around, or run and gun; beautifully crafted mission set pieces seem appropriately big and complex; large variety of realistic weapons; and great combination of action and strategy.
