Birthday Personalized Party Favors What A Great Favor?

Saturday, May 31st, 2008

When having your kids birthday party, you should get party favors for the birthday. Like other parties, the guests that come to visit would like to take something home with them. No matter if you plan to purchase the favors for both adults and children or just for the kids, giving party gifts to everyone is a nice jesture. It is a thank you. It’s a sign of gratefulness. When other guest see this, they will see the type of people you are and what good manners you have.

What about the purchase price?

If you as parents are giving a birthday party for their child, first you will need to think about a couple of choice. First, are the favors which are for your kid’s friend or will they go to the adults that attend? if they are for the adults, imagine using a small statue, a picture frame with your kid’s image or photograph inside of it. Or, contemplate a candle with a cute theme. Handing out some type of favor to the adults should be done. You should give a birthday party favor which is economical, especially when you buy them in bulk form. If you think you need to spend more money, go ahead.

Hence, when deciding to give a party favor to your child’s friends, try to get everyone fun things. A small goody bag is great when its filled with kid safe things. Try not to go crazy on the candy but many party warehouses will provide very small toys, cute games and lots of fun stuff that you can include. The kids will enjoy getting a gift from your child too.

When planning a small get together with your brother and sisters and other members of your family you most likely you wil lnot need a party favor. If creating a great and a esteemed party, then consider one. This is for the child’s first birthday or possibly their fifth. if you are deciding to create a large party where alot of people will be coming, then a party favor no matter what the age is essential, at least for proper manners.

Three Reasons For Becoming A Foster Parent

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

Foster parenting is one of the most humane institutions this country has ever started. While the laws vary from state to state, it still is possible for someone who may feel so blessed in their own lives that they are willing to share their homes and their love with children that otherwise may not have had the opportunity for a stable home.

While the legal framework for adopting children can be quite convoluted, it still pays to be patient when waiting for a child to adopt, and a life to change. Many have found that patience in these circumstances can prove to be equally rewarding, and life-changing for them as well.

Why Be a Foster Parent

There are many reasons why one would even want to open their homes to a complete stranger. While altruism tops the list of reasons for providing one with a foster home, here are some other things foster parents gain from the experience.

1. Parenthood For Childless Couples - There have been couples that have always wanted children of their own - to care for, to love, and to live with. Unfortunately, not all couples are blessed in this way, as not all parents are gifted with fertility.

Adopting a foster child is one of the ways couples can fulfill their desire for children.

2. Companionship - Children are wonderful beings, they will love you unequivocally and want to be loved in return. Kids are lovely companions, and are loyal and in need of care. If you are looking for someone to care for, and who would care back, then adopting children makes good sense.

Adoptive children may, depending on their circumstance, have emotional problems due to past history. This is all the more the reason to adopt - only a stable family life, and a protective environment, can help these children come to grips with life, and have the opportunity to blossom and grow in their own lives.

These children will also add spice and happiness to a home that may be devoid of laughter and missing something. If you, as a family person, feel that there is a loneliness in your homes walls that can not be dispelled, then a child may bring joy back in to your home.

3. Altruism - Not all adopted children will arrive without some difficulty. It’s important to remember that they may be from troubled or needy backgrounds. But, if you look closely into rough, sometimes rebellious eyes, you will find a child that is in sore need of love. And maybe yours could be the only means to break through the ice.

There can be no other joy greater than seeing a child bloom into maturity as a responsible, well-adjusted individual. A good family, and family life, is integral to that growth. Opening up your home to these children could be the breakthrough in their lives as your providing of a stable home can open the avenues that offer these children a second chance.

Begin By Eating Breakfast

Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

You have probably witnessed that eating a healthy breakfast can save you from cravings later during the day and can actually assist your effort in loosing the excess weight you have been carrying around for some time now. But, as time has lately been considered a luxury not many people have during the day and especially during a busy weekday morning, starting the day off with eating a healthy breakfast is now a lost nutritional practice. Between battling work problems and prepare ourselves for another demanding day, we have forgotten to pay attention to the most important meal of the day and usually try to find time to squeeze in a cup of milk or in best cases a whole bowl of cereals. The contemporary fast-paced world has directed people to become superheroes, managing double of even triple careers, but forgetting to manage their own daily food intake. If you think that your body is the only instrument you have to continue performing all the tasks you want, perhaps it is time to pay attention to its nutritional needs and fulfill them accordingly.

But it is more convincing to start our argument from the beginning. Millions of people who skip breakfast and have never invested time in researching the consequences of their act, usually wonder why do experts regard breakfast as the most important meal of the day and how come it is still the most important meal of the day, surpassing the nutritional value of a healthy lunch or even dinner. However, for millions others who do eat a healthy breakfast, their secret to good health lies within this first day’s meal. So, it is vital for you to understand why eating breakfast is crucial for your overall heath. While you are sleeping, your body continues to perform its functions and thus consuming resources, but in a lower rate than when you are awake since your metabolism slows down to compensate for the decreased energy needs. After waking up in the morning, because your body does not have enough time to return to its normal state is still experiencing the decreased metabolism state which can be ceased with eating a healthy breakfast. That is actually why it has this particular name break the fasting process. Thus, a healthy breakfast will end the calorie conservation period and will allow your metabolism to increase to its normal levels. This is why when you actually eat in the morning you feel that your energy levels have increased and you are ready to begin your day’s tasks. Moreover, for those of you who are dieting in order to loose weight, you should know that skipping breakfast will not save you from the calories you are trying to avoid. By deciding not to begin your day with a healthy intake, you are not allowing your body’s metabolism to go back to its normal state and you actually loose a protein called leptin that has been discovered to keep your body working efficiently and thus loosing weight.

Since now you are familiar with the basics on metabolism and overnight fasting, you should concentrate on what your healthy breakfast should include. Avoid simple carbs and concentrate on consuming complex carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats. Whole wheat bread, cereals, white meats, eggs, low-fat dairy products, vegetables and fruits are excellent breakfast choices. Remember to eat small portions throughout the day, but not to exclude breakfast from your daily nutritional plan. Soon you will be grateful for waking up ten minutes earlier but at the end of the day you will have much more energy to spare and you will feel fitter and healthier all day long.

Five Steps To A Better Divorce

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

Based on 36 years of experience with cases numbering in the tens of thousands, divorce specialist attorney Ed Sherman knows exactly what you can do to make any divorce better. Here’s an overview - five essential steps to getting a better divorce:

1. Go slow. Unless there’s an immediate threat of harm to you or children, it’s better if you don’t hurry. Your spouse needs time to accept the idea of a divorce and to digest ideas you propose for how to rearrange your affairs. You both need time to let emotions calm and adjust to your new reality. You need time to learn about the rules of divorce, how organize your facts, make sound decisions and how negotiate with your spouse. So long as you can make your situation safe and stable, even for a short time, you do not need to rush.

2. Get your facts straight. Whether you see an attorney or handle everything yourself, you need to gather essential details about your marriage, family, income and expenses, assets and debts. No one can do this for you, not even if you hire an attorney. Why pay an attorney hundreds of dollars to sit down with you to develop this information when you can do it yourself for next to nothing?

3. Become informed and take charge. The most important thing you can do is to become informed and prepared before you do anything or say another word to your spouse and especially before you see a lawyer. In fact, you will probably find that you don’t need a lawyer. You’ll find almost everything you’ll need to know in How to Do Your Own Divorce in California or Divorce Solutions.

Studies show that people who know what’s going on and take an active role in their cases get better, cheaper, easier divorces than those who do not. Other studies show that controlling your own case is the single best predictor of a good outcome, meaning better compliance with terms, less chance of post-divorce litigation, increased goodwill, better co-parenting, faster healing. If you know what’s going on and control your case, you will save money, reduce conflict and feel better faster.

4. Avoid the legal system. The legal system is based on conflict, where both sides compete to win. Besides, very few divorces have problems based on legal issues. Almost all divorce problems are personal, not legal, and lawyers do not have tools that can in any way help solve your problems-none, not any. In fact, they tend to make things worse. The best thing you can do is to keep your case out of courts and lawyers’ offices except for very limited and specific purposes. We show you how.

5. Keep business and personal matters separate. The legal aspects of divorce are about business - money, property, procedures, paperwork, negotiation, and so on. Business and emotional matters do not mix, so the best way to reduce conflict and confusion is to keep business matters as separate as possible from emotional issues. This doesn’t mean you don’t need to deal with emotional matters - just not when you are taking care of business.

How Our Bichon Frise Got Relief From Arthritis Pain

Monday, May 26th, 2008

Lexy is our little Bichon. She is going to be 7 years old in January and is only 12 lbs but runs a very tight ship (in other words, she is in charge).

For the first 5 years, she was a very active dog. She walked every day and enjoyed her time out and about. Then she started to lose her momentum and didn’t care about her daily walks. We didn’t think much about it at first as she was growing up, but as time went on it began to get worse.

We had read about the deterioration of joints concerning the Bichon. My husband Ken and I had always taken care of our Lexy but this situation had us worried.

We took her to the veterinarian and he made suggestions about surgery and possibly a regimen of shots each week and the cost for these things were going to put a dent in our money situation - but we said anything for Lexy to feel better.

I had already been looking through catalogs and on line at products that claimed to relieve joint pain and could give Lexy a new lease on life. We said we should try something. What could it hurt because at this time we were carrying Lexy to go up and down stairs and to get up and down on furniture. She moaned with every move and all she wanted to do was lie down (and that was even hard).

We tried a product called Joint Care 2 Advanced with MSM from Doctors Foster & Smith for moderate to severe arthritic conditions for dogs and cats and is available on line at www.DrsFosterSmith.com or through their catalog. Within two weeks, we saw a return of Lexy’s agility. She began to walk and play again like her old self! I even think Lexy was aware of the improvement. She was happy!

Lexy has now given us all the joy we experienced before and more. She has us laughing at her antics again. Even our vet could not believe the difference.

If you have a dog experiencing the same problems as Lexy had, give this a try and hopefully you will get the same results.

We along with our friends and family cannot believe the difference it has made for our Lexy - she is back to her old (new) self again!

Freelancing as A Career Option

Saturday, May 24th, 2008

Home bound workers can either consider telecommuting or freelancing. While telecommuting may keep you out of your home for some hours a week, online freelancing is a good way to make money if you are forced to stay at home. For example, homemakers, part-time students, retired folk, or others who wish to supplement their income from jobs or businesses can all consider freelancing.

Freelance Skill Sets

You can start earning as a freelancer as long as you have skills that someone is willing to pay for. For example, writers, web designers, photographers, and programmers can earn a substantial income by creating articles, websites, portfolios and software from home. The Internet is a hot and viable source of income for freelancers from around the world. Your target customers can be webmasters, online business owners, blog owners etc. For example, blogs and wikis are hot sources of income for freelance writers nowadays, and there’s no reason why you can’t tap into this market if you possess good writing skills.

Freelance Income

On the flip, your income may fluctuate from one month to another. As with all businesses, freelancing does not guarantee a stable paycheck at the end of the month. So keep a small kitty reserve for dry days or have another source of income for which you can work part-time. Be prepared to accept boring, low-level work initially just to keep the cash flow strong. Once you get a good reputation for providing original, high-quality work at reasonable price, then clients will flock to you.

Freelance Advantages

Probably the best thing about freelancing is that you get to work at your pace, in your own hours, from home, and be your own boss. That means, your shop is open 24×7. And as long as you provide good quality work and meet deadlines, your clients will remain happy with you.

In order to be visible, you also need to be seen and heard in the right places, like forums, blogs, online groups, etc. Spend time everyday to visit such sites because they are invaluable repository of freelance gigs and email addresses of prospects. Alternatively you can sign up with freelance sites like Elance.com, GetAFreelancer.com and Scriptlance.com where you can start bidding on projects and snag a few as early as today!

To conclude, a freelance business is one of the best ways to earn money from home and to work for your own self. If you’ve got a fair amount of time on your hands, maybe you too should consider freelancing as your full-time career alternative or supplementary income source.

(Hint: While you can find plenty of lucrative freelance assignments on Elance, the other sites mentioned above generally tend to feature lesser-paid projects. However, if you’re just starting out as a freelancer, the competition on Elance can prove to be really tough. So you might want to first try GAF and Scriptlance to build up your portfolio, and then go for Elance.)

Gladiator (DVD) Review

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

Winner of five Academy Awards including Best Picture, and nominated for an additional seven, Gladiator is one of the best produced and directed films of its time. Reminiscent of Mel Gibson’s Braveheart, it creates a world so seemingly realistic, you find yourself drawn backward in time to the glory days of Rome. The musical score, colorful costumes, and intricate sets combine to create the illusion that one is actually witnessing the trials and travails of human existence in early millennial Rome.

The film opens with a sobering display of ancient warfare’s equivalent of “shock and awe” as the Roman legions advance on a band of rebels resisting the empire from the outskirts of Gaul. From the moment the legion commanders signal attack, the fury of hell is unleashed as flaming arrows and iron bars batter a unified front of rebel fighters. The scene is more comparable to Desert Storm than an ancient battlefield, and it visually illustrates the overwhelming power once embodied in the Roman legions.

The central figure of the film and leader of the opening battle is Maximus (Russell Crowe), a Roman general adored by his men and admired throughout the empire for his impeccable character. While visiting the battlefield, the aging Emperor Marcus Aurelius (Richard Harris) reveals to Maximus his secret plan to appoint the general caretaker of Rome upon his death, with the understanding he will restore the Senate and eliminate the dictatorial rule of the Caesars. But unbeknownst to both men, the emperor’s overly ambitious son Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) learns of the plan. He murders his father and demands the allegiance of Maximus. When the general refuses, the new emperor calls for his execution, seeking to eliminate all who stand in his way. But the plan goes awry when Maximus escapes, setting the stage for the central conflict of the film as Maximus the gladiator grows in legend and Maximus the slave challenges the authority of a Roman emperor.

Crowe is cast well in the roll of the classic hero, but it’s the supporting cast which puts Gladiator in another dimension of cinematic excellence. Joaquin Phoenix dominates the screen with his impassioned portrayal of the darkly ambitious Commodus, providing film lovers with an early glimpse of his now apparent acting genius. Richard Harris is his usual charismatic onscreen presence, while Connie Nielsen, Oliver Reed, and Derek Jacobi lend excellent complimentary support to the role of Maximus as their characters unveil the driving life force and internal motivations of the larger than life Roman hero. To this end, the strength of the cast creates a synergy reflected in the overall quality of this memorable film.

As a work of entertainment, Gladiator is second to none. The gladiatorial battle scenes provide endless thrills, and the dialogue between the characters is wrought with political intrigue, lust for power, and conflicting realities. Russell Crowe is superb in his role as the hero Maximus. Noble in his intentions and powerful as a leader, Maximus represents the ideal of honor and chivalry. One of those rare films which offers its audience a true emotional stake in the outcome, Gladiator is fraught with high-octane suspense and thrilling action sequences. If you liked Mel Gibson’s Braveheart or The Patriot, then you’ll simply love Gladiator.

Custom Gift Wrap - Promoting Your Brand

Wednesday, May 21st, 2008

With retail chain stores on every high street, there’s never been a more important time for independent retailers to find ways to promote their own brand. However, whether you have one store or five hundred stores your brand is central to everything you do to promote your business.

A growing trend among retailers is to offer a gift wrapping service. This is true both in the physical world and also with retailing on the internet. It is possible to buy a huge range of stock gift wrap papers. But, this has its disadvantages. Not only is it almost impossible to match your company’s corporate colours, but with changing trends, a paper chosen today could be out of stock tomorrow.

A better solution for gift wrapping is to have your own gift wrap paper custom printed. A simple idea would be to have your logo repeated to make an overall pattern using your corporate colours. This will work well with a particularly good design. A much better idea would be to commission some bespoke illustrations that either reflect your store’s product range or possibly a seasonal theme. The company logo can be included, but with more subtlety. This way you can maintain your corporate brand whilst offering the recipient of the gift something much more appealing.

Remember to give some thought to whether you are going to include ribbons and bows when choosing your design theme and colours. Gift wrap ribbons and bows will add the finishing touch to any gift. Do think about how the fully gift wrapped present is to be packaged for posting if you are planning to gift wrap mail order items. You would most likely include the gift wrap materials along with the product for wrapping by the gift giver, unless you are sending the gift directly to the recipient.

Custom Gift Wrap Design and Print

There are printers who specialise in wrapping paper printing. The same is true of designers. Initially you will need to talk to someone who understands the different processes involved and being armed with sufficient information at the beginning will help.

1. Do you require rolls or sheets?
2. What is your preferred paper weight? eg. 60g., 70g., 80g., 90g.
3. Paper quality? Kraft, Varnished, Metallic.
4. Paper size? Length and width of rolls or sheets.
5. Paper finish? Matt or Varnished.
6. Quantity of sheets or rolls?
7. Colours in design? Standard 1-4 colours, Pantones.
8. Type of printing? Flexo, Gravure, Litho.
9. Any special effects? Metal foil, spot varnish.

The quantity and paper finish required will very quickly dictate what is possible and what is not for your budget. The budget will be dependent on the value of the gift, assuming you won’t be charging for a branded gift wrap service. There are three types of printing used to print wrapping paper. These are Flexography, Gravure and Litho printing.

Printing wrapping paper rolls using Flexography. For simple designs in 1 or 2 colours the minimum quantity is approximately 6 to 12 rolls per design. Roll widths are typically from 30cm to 100cm and have a roll length of 250m. Rolls can be cut and supplied as gift wrap sheets.

Printing wrapping paper rolls using Gravure printing. Minimum quantities are often referred to by weights from 100kg for a single colour and up to 1000kg minimum for 4 colour printing per design. Roll widths are from 30cm to 100cm and in roll lengths of 250m.

A weight of 100Kg is equivalent to approximately 15 to 25 rolls, depending on the paper weight and roll width. These 250m counter rolls can also be cut and supplied as gift wrap sheets or converted into consumer rolls. Consumer roll lengths are specified by the customer and typically vary from 1m to 5m in length.

Printing wrapping paper using Litho printing. Gift wrapping paper is relatively thin, 60-90g, and not many printers like to put such thin paper through their litho printing presses. Some will print on thicker paper. This isn’t normally recommended as it makes wrapping gifts more difficult. A 90g matt white paper provides an ideal base for printing gift wrap designs and is thick enough for litho printing if you can find a supplier that will do it. The most popular sheet size is 500m x 700mm or very close, depending on the printing press and country of supply. Typical minimum quantity is 1000 sheets per design.

There are definite advantages to printing litho. With low print runs possible and high quality multi-colour printing, the starting price for being able to print multiple designs is kept low. With some creativity a wonderful selection of designs is possible while including a central branded look.

How to Attract the Love of Your Life

Tuesday, May 20th, 2008

It’s very simple, but some people won’t believe it. If you want love from another, if you want the perfect mate, you first have to LOVE YOURSELF!!! The reason for this is that our thoughts attract to us exactly what we think we deserve. If we love ourselves, we will attract a good partner. If we don’t love ourselves, we will attract an unsuitable partner, perhaps an abuser. I know- I am a survivor of domestic violence, and I didn’t love myself until just a few years ago.

The Universe is governed by one great law-the Law of Attraction in the Thought World. You may have heard the saying “As above, so below!” Its manifestations are numerous. This law is as mighty as the sub-atomic force that holds atoms together, or the law of gravity that attracts bodies to the earth. This mighty law draws to us the things we desire or the things we fear; it makes or breaks our lives. There is a formless “thinking stuff” from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. We can form things in our thoughts, and, by impressing our thoughts upon formless substance, we can cause the things we think about to be created. In order to do this, we must pass from the competitive to the creative mind. We must form a clear mental picture of the things we want, and hold this picture in our thoughts with the fixed PURPOSE to get what we want, and the unwavering FAITH that we will get what we want, closing our minds against all that may tend to shake our purpose, dim our vision, or quench our faith. In addition to all this, we shall now see that we must live and act in a certain way.

Thought is the only power that can produce tangible results-love, money, etc When we come to see that Thought is a force- a manifestation of energy having a magnet-like power of attraction, we will begin to understand the “Why” of many things that have previously remained hidden. We will understand the truth of something said to me by the owner of a diner- my first “boss”. “You get what you expect!” she said. Had I seen the wisdom of this as a 15 year old, my life could have been much different. Due to early conditioning, I had come to expect the worst in life. Most of the time, my worst fears were manifested, until I changed my thinking and my self-image.

If you are a “baby-boomer” like myself, you will remember a song by the Beach Boys that came out in the late 1960’s. It was called “Good Vibrations”. When we think, we send out vibrations of a fine ethereal substance. These vibrations are just as real as the vibrations (waves) of light, heat, electricity, TV and radio broadcasting frequencies, and magnetism that we take for granted. That these vibrations are not evident to our five senses is not proof that they do not exist. A powerful magnet will send out vibrations and exert a force sufficient to attract to itself a piece of steel weighing hundreds of pounds; but, we cannot see, hear, taste, feel or smell the mighty force. Likewise, these thought vibrations cannot be seen, felt, smelled, tasted or heard in the ordinary way; although it is true that some persons are very sensitive to psychic impressions and perceive these powerful thought-waves. Many people can truthfully say that they have felt the thought vibrations of others, both while in the presence of the sender and at a distance. Telepathy and its kindred phenomena are very real!

If you have read this far, you are seeking a way to make a permanent change in your life for the better. Perhaps you have been leading your life “under a dark cloud” of bad luck and misfortune. Maybe you have gone to bed crying or angry at the Universe, shaking your fist at the “Powers that Be” and saying “Why me? What did I do to deserve all this?”. You want to make a change. That change starts with the man or woman in the mirror- yourself. In order to change your negative thinking, you must get into the proper mindset To do this, you must do three things, and do them whole-heartedly:

1. FORGIVE YOURSELF for your past mistakes. You are only human. Look at yourself with kind eyes. Yes, you have been a “Mistake Maker”, but you are now learning to be a “Mistake Breaker”. Negative people like to throw others’ mistakes in their faces. Don’t let them hold you back. Face them square on and look them in the eyes and tell them “Yes, I’ve been a mistake-maker, but now I am a mistake breaker”. Look in the mirror and tell this to yourself, at least once a day.

2. FORGIVE OTHERS for any injustices that they have committed against you.

No strings attached; no ifs, ands, buts, or maybes You are forgiving others not for their sakes, but for your own, so that you can move on with your new life. This is not easy. I remember as a little girl watching a “public service” type of TV ad- I forget exactly what it was trying to promote. The ad was about a grizzled old ranch owner who dealt with trespassers, cattle rustlers, and those less fortunate in society the same way: “Hang him- it will teach him a lesson “; “String him up- it will teach him a lesson”.

One day, the ranch owner went to meet his maker, and stood before the Judgment Seat with much fear and trepidation, as he now realized how mercilessly he had treated others who were only trying to survive. Finally, judgment from “above” was pronounced on the ranch owner : “Forgive him- it will teach him a lesson”. So forgive others, even though they may have done things to you that are unforgivable. It is tough- the worst part for me was forgiving the uncle who had abused me from a very early age until he suddenly died when I was 10 years old. Almost as bad was forgiving my first husband who was violent towards my son and me. But, when you do this, you will feel that a heavy burden has been removed from your shoulders, and you can move ahead with building your new life.

3. MAKE AMENDS to those whom you have harmed, unless your making amends would harm them more. If you are familiar with a 12-step type of program for recovery from addiction, you know the value of this. You can make amends directly or symbolically- write a letter to someone you have harmed, pouring your heart out. This works for anyone with whom you have “unfinished business” but who is now deceased. As in forgiving others, this is hard. But when you do this, you will have the peace of mind of starting off your new life with a clean slate.

4. CULTIVATE AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

There is a Law of Gratitude, and you must observe the law, if you are to get the results you seek. The law of gratitude is the natural principle that action and reaction are equal, and in opposite directions.

Global Warming Is It Real?

Monday, May 19th, 2008

The debate about global warming continues today and will continue for many decades to come. The subject of global warming refers to the average increase in the earth’s temperature–which then causes changes in climate.

With the earth getting warmer, it may lead to changes in rainfall patterns, a rise in sea level, and a wide range of impacts on plants, wildlife, and humans. When scientists debate about global warming, we all benefit. We are being given all of the information available on both sides of the subject.

When we talk about the issue of climate change, the concern is primarily about global warming caused by human activities or by the natural cleansing process of the earth.

We are told by one group that we are all personally responsible for releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels when driving our automobiles or using other means of mass transit, and by home energy usage (the electricity, heating and cooling). The use of these fossil fuels is directly responsible for global warming, which is destroying the earth’s biodiversity and ecosystems.

On the other side of the debate are the scientists who tell us that global warming is only partially caused by the use of fossil fuels. They want us to know that the different cycles and temperatures of the earth are part of a natural cycle that our evolving planet goes through.

The debate about global warming is one that will continue for many years to come. Neither side can provide substantial evidence that fully supports their position.

It true that we are polluting the environment and that we should reduce our use of fossil fuels, protect rainforests from being harvested, and also plant new tropical trees in countries where the rainforest have been decimated. However, this does not prove that global warming is caused by these actions or that these actions by us are meaningless.

While the debate about global warming continues, it might be wise if we consider what we can do to reduce pollution. Whether the pollution causes global warming might not be the real question here. The pollution of the environment is directly affecting the air, water and land throughout the entire world.

An action as simple as planting trees can help clean the air. An average tree uses and absorbs about 2,000 pounds of carbon dioxide during its lifespan. And, in return, the trees will release oxygen back into the atmosphere.
