Questions to Ask When Looking for a Daycare

Questions to Ask a Day Care

A lot of you out there are really wondering what kind of “educated” questions you should be asking when choosing the right daycare for your child. It’s probably one of the most important decisions you will make, making the wrong choice for your child could amount to a inconvenience or a life threatening disaster.

There are many questions to ask a daycare, and over the years I’ve met all kinds of mothers . Some of which are very organized in their search and others who are not sure of what they want. I’m here today to help you make some choices and hopefully give you a better understanding of what the child care profession is all about.

First of all, you need to decide whether you wish to attend a family childcare or a group childcare. Each type of daycare has it’s own set-up and arrangements. Here’s a brief summary:

• Family child care normally has one caregiver who is the owner of the childcare. There is no teacher turnover, and the environment tends to be small with a variety of ages present together in one environment. A family childcare center is usually out of the providers home. Sometimes in a basement, or separate room in their house, or perhaps the second level in a home.

• Each family daycare has its own set of rules, and regulations. When choosing a provider be sure to understand what his/her policies are.

• When choosing a family daycare, your relationship (based on trust) is primarily with one provider.

• Sickness is usually less than at group childcares. Less children=less sickness.

• Group centers have all children separated according to age. For example all babies are in one room, toddlers in another, etc.

• Group centers tend to have a professional environment. Bright lighening, commercial equipment. Family daycare’s are based in a home like environment.

• Group centers may or may not have large enrollements. Some group centers are small with 20 or more children and others may have enrollment of 250 children.

• Group centers may or may not have consistant providers. Depending on age groups, staffing issues, etc.

• Group centers are directed by “directors”. The director staffs all rooms, is supervisor for the teachers, and oversees all problems that may arise.

• Groups centers can involve well known corportations. Kindercare, Children’s World, La Petite, to name a few.

Those are just a few distinctions between the two types of choices you may have. It’s up to you to decide which one you feel most comfortable with. Once you decide, then you can go from there in choosing the right group center or family day care.

Here are some questions to ask a daycare:

1. For each childcare that you visit be sure to bring a pad of paper and pencil to write down your notes, questions, feelings.

2. When looking for a childcare centers to visit, ask for recommendations from your friends, call your local resource and referral agency ( number located under childcare in phone book), listings in your newspaper, phone book, bulletin boards in your community, local schools.

3. Don’t base your thoughts about a childcare over a phone conversation. Give the center a chance by visiting them and meeting those who work there.

4. Collect all information regarding policies for a center. Make sure you are aware of all rules, and regulations.

5. Rely on your gut feeling. If you feel that you would not be happy, chances are your relationship would not work out in the long run.

6. Check any reports that are posted from the licensing bureau. Find out what infractions the center has received.

7. What are their emergency polices?

8. Do children look happy? Is the environment clean? It’s ok to have toys laying around, but are those toys sanitized each week to prevent sickness.

9. Who will be taking care of your child? And what happens if that person becomes ill?

10. What if my child become’s ill? What is your policy?

11. What type’s of accidents have you had where you have had to call the parent?

12. How many years have you been in childcare? Are you licensed? What is your education? What types of classes have you taken for child care in the past year? Are you CPR certified?

13. How long have your current children been enrolled here?

14. Do you provide references from parents?

15. And most of all do you trust that provider? Do you feel that the provider is loving, level headed, energetic, and generally loves all children?

16. Do you see children’s art work on the walls?

Most of all take your time making a decision, and don’t base your decision on price, fancy equipment, and convenience.

Your choice should be based on finding a provider who especially loves children.

Blessings To You,

Choosing Anti-Spam Software That Is Right For You

It is believed that on an average, an email user receives more than 2000 Spam emails every year! By certain accounts, an email user receives more than 77 percent of the mail as spam - which is around 10 out of every 13 emails you receive! More than two-thirds of the email passing through the air waves are pure junk - unwanted and unsolicited. It, therefore, becomes imperative that you chose the right anti-spam software that meets with your requirements.

Spam happens to be one of the biggest disadvantages of using communication channels through the Internet. There is every need to find ways to separate the wanted emails from the unwanted and unsolicited ones. Choosing the correct anti-spam software or Spam filter is the right way to cut down on the spam you receive.

Handling Spam

The amount of spam you can detect and delete depends on the type of screening your emails go through. Many anti-spam software have a multi-level of email screening, which is worth the money you spend. You can even select a trail version or free anti Spam software to sample what it does and then you can opt for a full version with enhanced features and full functionality.

One of the best places to trap and eliminate spam is at the servers that receive, forward, and send the emails. You, of course, have no control over the type of anti-spam handling done by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). To handle spam, there are particular services available to filter them. For a nominal amount each month, a particular service inspects and cleans your inbox. Another service involves forwarding your complete inbox to their servers, where the clean up occurs as emails arrive.

As personal spam blockers, a number of anti-spam software are available from reputed anti-spam suppliers, such as Symantec, McAfee, eScan, PC Mantra etc to name a few. Such software capture and inspect all emails coming in before allowing the clean ones into your inbox.

The type of anti-spam software you select will depend on the volume of emails you handle. It will also depend on the budget you allot to the anti-spam program. The best anti-spam software for you should have the following features, among many others:

It should allow you to see who the sender of the email is, the subject, and the attachment. You can then decide whether to delete the email or accept it.

A chance to preview the message before downloading it. This will enable you to delete if you do not like the message.

The feature that allows you to bounce back the spam email is a great way to let the sender think that your email address is no longer valid. This would probably make them remove you from their mailing list!

There are a number of anti-spam software available with a number of online suppliers that you need to explore, to select the best that is suitable for your needs.

Does Your Personal Style Reflect Your Uniqueness?

Does your personal style truly reflect your uniqueness? Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? Do you feel confident about what your look says about you? Do you gravitate toward just buying the fashion magazine’s latest look? Or are you constantly comparing how you look to others?

My life’s experience is that many women do not own their look. Many women do not embrace their uniqueness and instead create copycat, plain Jane or outlandish styles that aren’t reflective of whom they are.

I believe that any woman can evoke the look that simply confirms her being and uniqueness. She can look chic, feminine in accordance with her personality, lifestyle and very importantly, budget. Here are the steps I recommend you follow:

Step 1: Discover what your body type is and which styles look good on you. Kendall Starr in her book, Pocket Stylist, believes that regardless of whether a woman is average or plus sized, there is one of three basic silhouettes that apply to everyone. The three basic silhouettes are:

BODY TYPE A: The average version of a woman whose shoulders are narrower than the width of her hips. Regardless of whether she is flat- or full-chested, this torso proportion is defined by a definite visual difference between the width of those shoulders and the width of the hips.

BODY TYPE B: The traditional hourglass - although Farr herself isn’t in favor of geometry or fruit-derived monikers ( no hourglasses, apples, pears, celery or any of that stuff ) - this woman’s shoulder width is essentially the same as her hip width, and the waist is generally well defined. Bust size can be anywhere from flat-chested to full-breasted. (Again, simply a particular that refines her fit - not a starting point.)

BODY TYPE C: The shoulders are wider than the width of the hips. Broad-shouldered, narrow-hipped models fall into this category. Her waist is usually quite straight, and can be somewhat of a fitting challenge. Once you’ve determined your body type, go to a store with an honest friend. Try on various fabrics and cuts to see how the material and shape emphasize or detract from your basic body silhouette. Remember, window shopping is okay, no need to break the bank and immediately overhaul your wardrobe.

Step 2: Inventory your wardrobe and make sure you have these wardrobe basics, which complement your silhouette and lifestyle:

Pants:

• Dark - Day Look In a simple, skimming cut and crisp high-quality fabric.

• Dark - Night Look Fuller leg in a lighter high-quality fabric.

Jeans or Chinos:

• To wear with a flat heel Hemmed shorter to wear with flats.

• To wear with heels Hemmed longer.

Skirts: • Pencil, Trouser or A-Line Cut In black or lightweight wool.

• A-line or Bias Cut In a flowy fabric for day or evening.

• Skirt in a neutral, mixable style A subtle pin stripe or tweed.

Shirts:

• White button down In a feminine cut.

• White T-shirts Just the basic T, a boat neck, or V-neck.

Sweaters/Cardigans:

• Black That tonally matches your black pants.

• Neutral In a skin flattering tone, i.e. avoid stark white if you’re fair.

• Vivid Color Must emphasize your features and not detract.

Jackets

• Tailored It should match your dark pants in color tone and style.

• Casual Bombers, motorcycle styles and windbreakers are good choices in fabrics like leather, suede, corduroy, soft wool or cotton twill.

Coats

• Trench Good for the rain and in-between seasons - choose a neutral or black.

• Knee-length For in-between seasons.

• Winter Coat Invest in the best fabric you can possibly afford.

Dress or matching separates that create a dress. Always have a little black dress on hand.

Accessories

• Cherish four to five high-end fashion accessories (costume jewelry and scarves) that you wear all the time.

• Add one or two new trendy pieces each season and wear them out.

• Invest in high quality everyday leather handbags and shoes.

Become friends with a great tailor who can assure that these key clothing pieces flatter your uniqueness.

Step 3: Find a great hair stylist who is skilled at working with your hair type. Then get a fuss-free hairstyle and maintain it. I don’t know about you, but I absolutely dread having to use several hairstyling tools and products. It’s all about simplicity to manage my hair (flat crown and wavy length). I could be using tons of root lifter, hair serums, along with a blow dryer, flat iron, three brushes and then finishing products. However, I made a decision some time ago to embrace my hair texture and found a hair stylist who knows exactly how I operate and created a style accordingly.

Step 4: Treat your skin as the treasure it is. Get a facial every month or just give yourself a weekly facial. Maintain, protect and nourish your skin daily. If you have great skin, you radiate and barely need any make-up. The time spent on your daily skin care routine is also a wonderful time to dedicate to yourself and regeneration. Also, don’t forget to drink plenty of water to hydrate it.

Step 5: Use make-up as an aid to emphasize your beautiful features, not hide them under layers and layers of coating. I firmly believe in the principle applied by French women: less is more. Your basics include: tinted moisturizer with SPF, a light powder, blush, a great mascara and a lipstick or lip gloss. Select colors that are complementary to your skin tone, hair color and eye color. Heavy smoky eye make-up or bright red lips may look great in a magazine. However, if they don’t reflect your uniqueness - leave them in the store!

Let your imagination and creativity take its power to truly reflect your uniqueness. So, when someone asks you: Does Your Personal Style Reflect Your Uniqueness? You’ll answer confidently: Absolutely!

Tips on Vacationing with Your Dog

So, you have been sitting at your computer researching for your next family vacation and you hear some panting. You look over and there are two big brown eyes staring wistfully. You mull the dilemma. Should you bring Scotia, the long time loyal family pup along, or does he again get left behind?

There are some alternatives. While you and the rest of the family are having a good time frolicking in the surf, you could board or have a pet sitter look after him. If you do then do not be surprised upon your return if he holds a grudge. Being the diplomat you let the family decide. It is a resounding, “He goes.”

Before departing, there are some considerations, especially if this is his first extended holiday. The resort selection is a major consideration. Although, resort areas like Hilton Head Island with its dog parks and relaxed beach regulations are extremely pet friendly, there is not an abundance of pet friendly accommodations. To get the best options, you will need to plan early.

Just as you plan your trip, there are steps to prepare for Scotia’s journey.

Preparation

1. Get Scotia acclimated to car travel.

2. Get copies of medical records with an up to date rabies vaccine certificate. Check with your vet regarding heart worm, flea/tick, and Bortadella preventative. If your pup does not travel well, ask your vet about using Scullcap and Valerian tablets (a herbal combination to combat anxiety, excitability, jitters, and travel sickness) a much better choice than using tranquilizers.

3. Consider micro-chipping. This is a pet monitoring system. It is painless procedure where a readable chip containing the pup’s necessary information is inserted under the skin.

4. Get your vet’s contact information. You should also ask if he or she knows of any vets at your destination.

5. Create a pet identification tag. This should have your pets name, address, and phone number. A simple method we employ is to use a film canister attached to the collar. This way we can use the local resort address. We fold a dollar bill into it, to cover phone calls.

6. Build a pet first aid kit. This kit should have gauze rolls and pads, scissors, tweezers, cotton balls, adhesive tape, silver nitrate, and pet sunscreen.

7. Design a Missing Dog Poster. All you need for this is an 8×11 sheet with your pup’s photo. Leave room to write the facts. It is precautionary should anything happen.

8. Get an extra collar and lead. This can come in handy should you need to tether your pet.

9. Find an old sheet incase you need to cover furniture. If you use a crate, this can also be used to cover the crate incase your pup exhibits some travel anxiety

10. Beach towel for drying pup after his swims.

11. Gather the necessities

How to Make Money From Blogging

Blogs are a great way to share facts, ideas and opinions directly between people, but also, they are a viable way to earn money. In fact, earning money with blogs is something just about anyone can do. Making money with blogs is completely dependent on your audience and you’re ability to attract people to click on the advertisements. Blogs are simple to set up, and relatively easy to update. As many as 75,000 blogs are created every day-almost one per second!

If you are looking to start making money on the internet and you have a budget that is very small or zero, blogging is a great way to get started. You can set-up a free blog and join advertisement programs for free. The only cost involved in setting up a blog is your time.

Although there are many factors involved in making money with your blog, there are a few vital keys to remember when setting up, maintaining and promoting your blog in order to achieve success.

1. Your blog needs to have the right layout in order for your adsense ads to be “clickable” by visitors. Choosing an advertisement’s location, size and color is very important and is something you will need to constantly test and tweak to determine which formats produce the most clicks. It’s amazing how one small change can produce monumental results. There are also many other ways to make money with your blog than with adsense alone. You could promote affiliate products and implement contextual advertising such as Kontera.

2. Your blog will need lots and lots of traffic. This is really a no-brainer, yet it’s the greatest challenge of any website owner. The encouraging reality is that there are more ways to generate traffic for your blog than ever before. This is due to the emergence of Web 2.0 sites like YouTube and social bookmarking sites. Many of these sites provide great sources for one-way links to your blog. Getting hundreds, even thousands of quality links is a must if you expect significant traffic to your blog. There are also many SEO tools on the market now such as directory and article submitters that will help you get thousands of backlinks to your blog quickly and save lots of valuable time.

3. Your blog will need to be updated frequently. You cannot expect return visitors if your blog is not a source of fresh information. You can use RSS feeds to provide your blog with relative information, however you will need to add personal posts as well at least once or twice per week. This will increase your blog’s search engine rankings and also help brand you as an expert in your niche.

Blogging is a great way to share your thoughts and ideas online, but it’s also a powerful money-making tool. Making money with blogs is fairly simple if you know what to do and if you’re willing to invest the time and effort necessary to make it profitable.

How To Announce A Pregnancy

Learning you are pregnant is one of the most exciting times in a woman’s life. Not only is it a major milestone in the path of adulthood it is one of the most joyous experiences you will ever have.

Maybe you are so excited you can’t wait to throw open you windows and announce it to the world. Or are you the type that is so excited that you want to find a special way to announce it to those that you love the most.

Obviously you would want to share your joyous news to everyone and anyone who will listen. Maybe you want to share it in a special, unique way with your friends and family; a way that will completely surprise them all and have them in tears.

Ways to announce you’re pregnant

E cards

One of the simplest ways to announce your pregnancy is by e card. Hundreds of websites offer free e cards or some you can pay for.

Buy them a gift

Go to any store that sells small baby items. A dollar store is a good choice if you want to keep it low budget. Buy items like baby bibs, bottles, rattles, pacifiers, baby shoes, etc. Also you will need to buy small boxes for the items to fit in and gift wrapping paper. When you have time alone, place each item individually into a box and wrap them. Place a tag on each box for the person who will be receiving it. This can be done for your parents, his parents, your husband, sisters and brothers and so on.

You can even place a little note in each one saying, “We’re having a baby!”

Imagine your family’s surprise when they open this gift!

Ultrasound, baby’s first picture

Not all doctors give an ultrasound when you first find out you’re pregnant. Some do, however and this is another cute way to make your happy announcement. After you have your 1st ultrasound have copies made for the number of people you want to share your announcement with. Copies can be made in color for picture quality at a number of drug stores that offer film development. Buy enough frames for every copy that you had made. Also buy gift wrap and boxes for each.

When you have alone time, frame each ultrasound and wrap them carefully (stuffing the box is best since it is a breakable). Place a tag on each box to the person you plan on giving it to.

This is especially great for Christmas time, etc. Your family will be so excited by your baby’s first picture!

Paper Cards

Another great idea (if you are able to find them) is give out father’s day and grandparent’s day cards. If you can find the cards, fill them out saying: “Happy Father’s Day, etc. By the way, we are having a baby! “This will hit them from left field, especially if it is done completely out of the blue. If you have a hard time finding these cards because stores only sell them around the holidays they are intended for, try looking on the internet.

Word Search

This can be time consuming, especially if you have a lot of people to tell, but it is adorable. You will need a computer, printer and some type of software you can type on. On your computer type out various letters in no particular order in 10 columns across the screen and 10 columns down. When you finish you should have 100 letters in the form of a box (just like word search in a newspaper). Somewhere in the jumble of letters (wherever you decide) take out enough of the letters to put “We’re Pregnant” or “We’re having a baby”.

Let your friends and family members have fun searching for the secret you have to tell!

Proud Daddy and Grandparents t shirts

Another cute idea is to buy baby t shirts for your family. The t shirts should reflect who will be receiving them.

Example:

proud daddy
#1 grandpa
#1 grandma
#1 aunt or uncle

Package them the same, with gift wrap etc. and then pass them out to your family and friends!

There are so many creative ways to share your joyous occasion with the people you love. Give people the gift of surprise with a creative pregnancy announcement!

Mediterranean Diet Pyramid

This Pyramid, which represents the optimal, traditional Mediterranean diet, is based on the dietary traditions of Crete and southern Italy in the 1960s.

It is structured in the light of nutrition research carried out in 1993 and presented by Professor Walter Willet during the 1993 International Conference on the Diets of the Mediterranean, held in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Mediterranean Diet Pyramid underlines the importance of the foods making up the principal food groups. Each of these individual food groups offers some, but not all, of the nutrients one needs. Food from one group cannot replace that of another group. All the groups are necessary for a healthy diet. The basic products of the Mediterranean diet, in descending order of quantity and frequency advised, are:

Grains: These form the base of the majority of meals in Mediterranean countries - bread (wholemeal or otherwise), pasta, couscous and rice.

Fruit and vegetables: Meals are more flavoursome when in-season products are selected and they are cooked very simply. In most Mediterranean countries the dessert is generally fruit.

Legumes and nuts: A wide variety of legumes and nuts, such as chickpeas, lentils, haricot beans, pine kernels, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc. are used in cooking. Olive oil and olives: Olive oil and Virgin olive oil are used throughout the Mediterranean. The former is normally used for cooking. The latter, which is appropriate for all uses, is excellent when consumed raw to best appreciate its aroma and flavour and to benefit fully from all its natural components. The proportion of fats in the traditional diet of Crete observed by Professor Ancel Keys, was >40 were saturated fats, 3 monounsaturated (olive oil).

Dairy products: Cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products, with no special mention of milk.

Fish: offered as a first class protein, before eggs and poultry.

The highest point of the Pyramid, meaning that its consumption is least advised, is occupied by red meat and just slightly below, but also of little importance, are sweets and pastries.

Regular physical activity is vital to maintaining good health and optimal weight. Wine can be consumed in moderation, primarily with meals (1-2 glasses/day). It is optional and should be avoided whenever it puts the individuals or others at risk.

I Eat What I Feel

Have you ever felt the overwhelming need while sitting in front of the television screen in your favorite comfy clothes watching one more sitcom to get up and go to the kitchen in order to eat something more, although you have finished your dinner less than an hour ago? While many agree that the fridge hides a lot of delights that can ruin your appetite, today’s consumers do not believe that chewing something before or after a well-served meal is a totally weird practice. Maybe the food quantity someone consumed was not enough to make him or her feel satisfied and full, even when no weight loss program is followed. Or maybe, one hates to throw away food and in an effort to find a good place to put that last piece of apple pie that was left untouched and should not be thrown out, he consumes it. But, why you select to eat the specific types of food that you do? For dieticians and social researchers the true cause of compulsive eating is your psychological state. People tend to eat what they feel.

According to a research that was completed by a team headed by an American psychotherapist, Mrs. Synthia Power, who specializes in the area of food and addiction, there is a very close relationship between our mood and the food we select to eat. Those extra quantities of chips and ice-cream you put on your lap while watching a film, show something about the way you feel at the moment. If you have never tried to understand why was it that you selected to consume those extra calories since you were not really hungry, researchers have tried to examine our eating habits in relation to our emotional state.

The results of the study showed that the largest percentage of people feeling angry will select to eat a steak, while someone suffering from depression will look for food that includes in its substances sugar and caffeine. A jealous character will eat whatever is offered by the host, or whatever they have stacked inside the fridge, even if they are not particularly fond of the taste palette they are going to try, which explains a lot of the rivalries and food fights that are observed between siblings when they are still kids.

Mrs. Power’s research tested more than 500 people and this is considered to be the first serious attempt to examine the relationship between our dietary choices and the way we eat. As the British Sunday Times report, People that have to express their anger often select food that is not easily decomposed like a beef steak. On the other hand, people that feel lonely and depressed select to consume carbohydrates. According to the sample examined, those dealing with a stressful and difficult period in their lives, like for example a divorce, are prone to eat soft types of sweets, like ice-creams, honey or marmalade, while those experiencing sexual frustration tend to select starchy food, like pasta, cake or biscuits. Moreover, if you want to see who is really suffering from stress, try to observe your friends next time you invite them over for dinner. You will be able to pinpoint the stressed one by watching who will grab the salt first at your dinner party.

ER (Season 3) DVD Review

Nominated for 25 Golden Globes and 110 Emmys, including 7 for Outstanding Drama Series, ER has long been one of the best prime-time shows on television. Premiering in September 1994 on NBC, the hour-long hospital drama vividly illustrates the intensity and fast-paced stress endemic to hospital emergency rooms across America. Brought into being by Michael Crichton - famous Hollywood insider, novelist, and brains behind such films as Jurassic Park, Twister, and Timeline - ER fulfills its creator’s ultimate vision (it took over a decade of pitching the show before network executives bit) for a close-to-life glimpse of the technology and the humanity omnipresent in the ER. Since its inception, many cast members have passed through the halls of ER, many of them having gone on to become big stars in Hollywood…

ER follows the exploits of a group of emergency room staff who work in a busy Chicago hospital. The show attempts to examine every detail of the ER experience. From the exhilaration of saving a life to the tedium caused by mountains of paperwork, all the highs and lows are covered. In the show’s first year, a number of regular faces staffed the ER. Doctors Mark Greene (Anthony Edwards), Peter Benton (Eriq La Salle), Douglas Ross (George Clooney), and Susan Lewis (Sherri Stringfield) were regulars in the ER along with Head Nurse Carol Hathaway (Julianna Margulies) and Benton’s medical student understudy (and later ER doctor), John Carter (Noah Wyle)… Any given episode tends to run multiple plot lines throughout the show, interweaving scenes in short snippets intended to heighten audience emotion and create the aura of a stress-laden atmosphere. The Seduction of Junk Food

News Extract: Sodas and other sugar-sweetened drinks are the most common beverages American kids buy from school vending machines, concludes a Harvard School of Public Health study…these findings suggest that school vending machines and fast-food restaurants make independent contributions to total (sugar-sweetened) beverage intake that increase with repeated exposure or use… (Original news “Sweet Drinks Are Kids’ Top Choice at School” can be found at: news.yahoo.com/s/hsn/20061011/hl_hsn/sweetdrinksarekidstopchoiceatschool http://news.yahoo.com/s/hsn/20061011/hl_hsn/sweetdrinksarekidstopchoiceatschool )

Our Comments:

With our daily exposure to fast-food restaurants and vending machines which can instantly satisfy a plethora of cravings, our mind has been subconsciously trained to look for these round-the-corner quick fixes.

In addition to the ubiquitous fast-food restaurants and vending machines, another form of such negative ‘food seduction’ which we face daily is our store of junk food and snacks (eg. chocolate bars, potato chips, candies) in our kitchen cabinets and office drawers for emergency situations (nopes…not terrorist attack or nuclear war).

A simple change to gear ourselves to a healthier lifestyle is to remove all the unhealthy junk food that we store up in our house, car or workplace. If you find it a waste to throw them away, donate them to charity or give them to a friend who is going to have a party.

On your next grocery shopping, make a list of things you need to buy (make sure those junk food are not in the list) and buy only those items. This is a key requisite in your journey to manage your junk food intake. A shopping list helps you gather your needs at home; away from the colourful packets of junk food that trigger the buy-me-not hormone in you.

While it is good to remove such temptations, total abstinence from such junk food by sheer willpower only temporarily alleviates the problem. You need to learn how to plan and manage your nutrition healthily.

And the good news is you do get to eat some junk food as part of our programme. Learn the simple steps in transforming your nutrition plan now. Our health programme will teach you how to eat for better health while still enjoying your meal!
